The word Àrachas means strength, and that’s at the heart of what we help people build: strength in leadership, strength in purpose, and strength in the systems and culture that hold an organisation together.

Àrachas Coaching is led by Karina Macleod, an experienced social entrepreneur, business advisor and paralegal. Since 2010, I’ve supported people and organisations across Scotland’s social economy, bringing together practical insight, legal understanding and real‑world experience.

Through a blend of coaching, consultancy and skills‑based training, Àrachas Coaching helps you build the clarity, capability and confidence needed to take meaningful action. We also offer accessible and affordable paralegal services for mission‑driven organisations and individuals.

I am also the founder and CEO of Àrachas³ Ltd, a social enterprise that strengthens the third sector through governance support, legal structure guidance and capacity‑building services.

Àrachas Coaching builds on this foundation, offering a service that supports leaders, teams and individuals across all sectors. Our work focuses on developing skills, growing confidence and making intentional, values‑led decisions.
